2016年3月21日，第十三届大学生学院奖秋季赛暨观池影视新锐大奖颁奖典礼在北京梅地亚中心举行，这场维持数月时间，联动全国一千多所高校的数万个学生参与的活动终于在今天落下帷幕。观池，此次通过学院奖这个平台，不仅收到了非常多优秀的作品，更发现了这个平台对于观池在娱乐内容生产环节中的战略性意义，那就是代表着未来的新锐人才和市场。接下来的第十四届学院奖春秋赛季，观池都将与学院奖官方进行更加密切的合作！青年学子、新锐力量，在观池，都将得到尊重和培养！这一次观池的目标不仅是发现更多优质精彩的作品，更是通过学院奖平台发掘优秀的新锐影视人才，再结合多年积淀的影视制作经验、资源，成立观池娱乐G客英雄学院，并期在本年度内由导师团队加磅助阵G客特战营，让新锐力量在实战中提升。为拥有专业知识、有梦想、有情怀，苦苦寻找影视制作实践机会的青年人才们提供一个实战型的人才培养平台。为影视行业输出更多优质的青年导演、编剧作家和制作人！

The award ceremony for the Fall competition of the 13th bi-annual Ad Campus Academy Award occurred on March 21, 2016 at the Beijing Media Center. Students from more than a thousand colleges and universities participated in this competition, which lasted for months and finally reached its finale that day.From this event, Gwantsi collected many excellent works and recognized the strategic importance of this platform for Gwantsi in its entertainment content producing. The Academy Award represents the young talent and market of the future, and at Gwantsi, students and talents are all valued and afforded great opportunities for education and experience. In this coming Spring’s 14th bi-annual Ad Campus Academy Award, Gwantsi will work even more closely with the Ad Campus Academy. This time Gwantsi is aiming at not only the discovery of more outstanding works but also new filmmaking talents through Ad Campus Academy Award. Using its years of production experience and resources, Gwantsi will soon establish its Genius Hero Academy. A mentor team will also be invited to the Genius Boot Camp this year to help young talents grow through practice and experience.Together, we will build a platform for young talents with professional skills and big dreams and develop a pipeline of young directors, writers and producers for the industry!
