The towering 2,000-meter terrain brings low temperatures, slowing down the growth cycle of coffee trees. The carefully grown broad leaves provide sufficient photosynthesis for the coffee, resulting in the firm texture of high-altitude coffee beans. The compact fruits are like dormant little cabins, in which complex flavors and subtle tastes are quietly bred, starting from the earth and sailing to the distant and dreamy galaxies beyond.
